Tax Collections
For Kingston Springs Property Tax Inquiries and/or Payments please visit our portal HERE

Property and personal property taxes are collected annually by both the Town of Kingston Springs and Cheatham County. Kingston Springs tax notices are mailed to property owners in October and are due by February 28th of each year. Taxes must be paid at Kingston Springs City Hall (396 Spring Street) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.  A delinquent payment fee of 1.5% is charged for each month of late payment.

Cheatham County taxes must be paid to the Cheatham County Trustee's office. Payment is also accepted at the United Comunity Bank, 704 US-70, Pegram, TN.  For more information please call the Cheatham County Trustee's Office at 615-792-4298.

Municipal Court
For information on paying traffic citations online please call our Court Clerk at 615-952-2110 ext.4 for instructions then visit the payment link HERE.

Violators of local ordinances of the Town of Kingston Springs or those who recieve minor traffic citations may be summoned to appear in Municipal Court. Kingston Springs Municipal Court is held monthly on the second Tuesday of the month (see 2023 court dates below) at 4:30 p.m. in the Audrey Beck Meeting Hall (420 North Main Street, downtown Kingston Springs)
