Department Overview

The Kingston Springs Police Department is committed to the protection of life and the prevention of crime and disorder through partnership with the community and enforcement of local ordinances. Community coverage is offered across two shifts, seven days a week. Nighttime protection is limited due to low call volume and is handled in cooperation with the Cheatham County Sheriff’s Department.Public safety services are provided through a proactive, community-based approach. All officers are cross-trained and certified to respond to fire and medical emergencies as well as police functions.

Municipal Court
Violators of local ordinances of the Town of Kingston Springs or those who receive minor traffic citations may be summoned to appear in Municipal Court. Court is held bi-monthly on the second Tuesday of the month (see court dates below) at 4:30 p.m. at the Audrey Beck Meeting Hall (420 North Main Street.)
